Tableset — “Ponyo's Tidal Treat"
A whimsical fish-shaped shortbread cracker baked to a golden crisp, infused with smoky bacon bits for a savory crunch. Topped with a delicate dollop of sweet red bean paste, this playful bite balances land and sea—just like Ponyo herself. A charming harmony of buttery, salty, and sweet, inspired by seaside snacks and Studio Ghibli magic.

Salad — “Sea Cucumber Salad”
Don’t let the name fool you—this bright and briny salad is all garden, no sea creature. Crisp cucumber ribbons swirl with shredded carrots and daikon radish, tossed in a bold dressing of toasted sesame oil and chili flakes. Refreshing with a kick, this dish brings ocean-inspired flair to the table with vibrant crunch and a spicy-sesame finish.

Dessert — “Tide's Embrace Honey Cake”
A deconstructed celebration of sea and shore: moist honey cake rests beneath a delicate swirl of blue pea flower–infused whipped cream, mimicking the ocean’s waves. Toasted graham cracker crumbs create a sandy shoreline, while a cloud-like coconut foam borders the plate—light, airy, and evocative of sea spray.
