At Gamers Guild AZ, we want you to level up your style with confidence; if your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
