Event Time - 9:00am - 4:00pm (Vendors may arrive at 8:30am on the day of the event to setup)

Prohibited items: No food. All sales must follow our Code of Conduct.

3D Printed Miniatures – Copyright & IP Policy
To keep things fair and protect everyone involved, all 3D printed miniatures sold in this Discord or in-store need to follow these rules.
1. No Copyright Infringement Everything listed for sale must be free of copyright, trademark, or IP violations. This means no:
  • Characters or designs owned by companies like Games Workshop, Disney, Wizards of the Coast, etc.
  • Direct copies, scans, or recreations of existing miniatures
  • Models that are clearly based on protected IP without proper authorization
2. Commercial Licensing Required You need the legal right to sell whatever you're listing. That means the model was either:
  • Designed by you, OR
  • Purchased with a commercial license, OR
  • Released under a license that allows resale
3. No Proxying Protected Designs Even if a model is renamed, if it's clearly meant to represent a copyrighted character or unit, it's not allowed.
4. Seller Responsibility By listing anything for sale, you're confirming that you have the right to sell it, it doesn't violate anyone's IP, and any disputes or legal issues that come up are on you.
5. Enforcement Any listings that break these rules will be removed. Here's how violations are handled:
  • First offense: You'll be asked to leave the premises and/or given a timeout on Discord.
  • Second offense: Permanent ban from the store and Discord server.
